"content": "On a point of clarification, hon. Deputy Speaker. I have not said that it is not within my Committee’s mandate. I think the best thing to do is to go the way hon. Members indicated; we should write a letter to the Ministry of Lands and Urban Development to get a clarification on the position of that stadium. I think we can get it if at all they are working on it. They can shed light on how much has been spent, how much is yet to be spent and what is going on there. Therefore, we can write a letter for information, so that we can respond to it conclusively."
