    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, the hon. Leader of Majority has said that the deployment of theKDF has been as a result of emergency. To the Member who requested the Statement, it is on the HANSARD. It is on the same issue that I wanted to raise. He has said that, indeed, Parliament was not in Session. Therefore, it was to be recalled. Was there not an opportunity to recall Parliament if, indeed, there was an emergency to the magnitude of requiring the deployment of KDF? We have clear provisions under the law in which Parliament can be recalled to approve the deployment of KDF."
