For Article 241(c) - and let us make it very clear -if we feel the issue in Lamu has escalated and we need a full deployment of KDF there, the Jubilee Government will make a formal request to this House. It will be for us either to agree or not. So, wait for that moment but for now, I can say it that it is a Government that believes in the rule of law. Look for the referendum but on this one, we are within the confines of Article 241(3)(b). Once we contain the situation and we exit, we will bring a report to the House. Then that report can be studied. Otherwise, we wish you well in your referendum questions."
