    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the House will recall that last week, when this matter was adjourned, it was because we were not agreeing with the Chair of the Committee over the annexture. I notice in today’s answer that there is a complete departure from that annexture. That was the reason we adjourned. But I am happy to further note that the Principal Secretary, Dr. Kamau Thugge, has not substituted that particular annexture but has said, further to the letter, that he has added the current information. For that reason, since he has not withdrawn it, could the Chair respond to the issues of favouritism and skewed awarding of funds that would be paid for by taxpayers to only certain regions in this country; regions that are seen to be areas where the Deputy President and the President of Kenya come from?"
