    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I stand to issue a Statement pursuant to Standing Order No.45(2)(a) regarding county budgets. Our attention has been drawn to a statement in the media to the effect that counties face imminent cash crisis due to delay in the passing of Revenue Allocation Bills and delays in approvals of budgets by the Controller of Budget. On behalf of the Committee, I wish to advise the counties as follows: The Division of Revenue Allocation Bill will be finalized by the end of the week. The Mediation Committee Report of the two Houses was adopted by the Senate The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
