    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I rise to acknowledge the Speech by the President of the Senate of the Republic of Rwanda. In his Speech, he brought us greetings from the people and the Government of Rwanda. It is my pleasure to assure him that we too greet him on behalf of the respective county assemblies and on behalf of the Government of Kenya. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, Dr. Damascene also assured us of the continued cooperation between his Republic with Kenya. We want to assure him of the same. He also spoke of the increased cooperation between Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda, but conspicuously missing in his Speech was any mention of Tanzania, Burundi and South Sudan.
