    "content": "Thank you Deputy Speaker. This matter is very urgent and important and it is not a Motion; it has nothing to do with the rule of sub judice. This is a request for a Statement. So, the two have nothing to do with the matter in court; I am requesting a Statement. If it was a Motion of adjournment or anything, the sub judice would comes in. In this case, there is nothing. We need that Statement, because it is a matter of national importance. We know COTU has called for a strike and we want to avert this. Thank you."
