    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we have learnt valuable lessons from the past and recent oil prices. Any increment in oil prices has a significant effect, therefore, on our economy. Consumers then suffer. It is the expectation of the public that we, in Government, should intervene and lessen the burden over its people. Regulations would become definitely the optimal option. But in a liberalized economy, industry players can alter their behaviour. The recent speculation that there could be oil increase price is merely speculation."
