    "content": "Yeah. Thank you, Temporary Deputy Speaker. I think, just to support this Report again, one thing that we are saying is that the Level 5 hospitals belong to specific counties. They belong to those specific counties. The other counties will not have a say over the same Level 5 hospitals. However, I support this Motion because of one thing, which is that those Level 5 hospitals belong to specific counties. However, you as a Member of Parliament, when you are sick, you do not know where you will be admitted. You might try to trace that specific Level 5 hospital in your county, but you will be admitted in a different hospital. So, as Kenyans, we must ensure that all health facilities in Kenya are well equipped. They should have all the medical services, drugs and so on. That is the reason why I support this Motion. Although there are only 5 Level 5 hospitals in Kenya, we must provide the right stock of medicines and enough personnel in order to take care of Kenyans wherever they are. That is so that we do not personalise hospitals. That is what I want to make clear."
