    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, we need to look at the issue of hospitals and their conditions and see what should happen. The idea is that Kenyans should not be marginalization. We should provide resources so that Kenyans can be served in the best way possible. As it is at the moment, given that those hospitals serve majority of the population, it is important that, at that level, as we give this funding--- Maybe, in the next financial year, the national Government should provide funding for every county. Every county should have a Level 5 hospital and that can provide an opportunity for Kenyans, wherever they are, to get the best services possible."
