Temporary Deputy Speaker, I cannot expect that to come from the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Finance, of all the people, because he is in the picture that the funds in last financial year--- There is a report which has been tabled by the Auditor-General showing that funds were transferred from the Ministry in charge of Administration Police to the NIS and probably to him, we do not know. I am so shocked because he knows this. The records are there to show; there is nothing to substantiate."
