    "content": "Yes, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I have not said there is an order from the Supreme Court which should be disobeyed. In fact, what I am saying is that there is no order on this matter from the Supreme Court. What it did was to give an advisory opinion to abide. They gave views and opinions on what they believe is their interpretation of the matters that were remitted to them by the Senate. There is no binding decision or order that enables or compels us as a country, and a people particularly as leaders to violate the Constitution.
