"content": "Yes, mine is to seek clarification from the Chair, what NHIF will do to ensure that their systems and procedures of processing these claims are timely. As Members have mentioned, if we are victims of the same delays, then what will happen to someone who is in the furthest part of this country? I was a victim of the same and up to date NHIF has not updated my accounts and I had to pay money in cash. This is an issue of concern and we are not raising it as examples for our own benefit, but for the sake of the other Members who also need to know precisely how long it takes when you put your documents for processing. If even after the claim you pay cash, how long does it take for reimbursement? Thank you, Deputy Speaker."
