    "content": "We know this is also a proactive way of responding to the issues that are of great concern as far as the environment is concerned. But the question of climate change is actually more than just the environment because it affects various sectors of life. So, this Bill creates opportunity for us to engage in ways that will reduce the impact of the effects of climate change. With the kind of impact created by climate change, if we do not respond as a nation, then even our development plan will be greatly affected; what we foresee in Vision 2030, development framework in our country will greatly be affected."
