    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I want to take this opportunity to thank all hon. Members who have contributed to this Bill. I am moved that all hon. Members who have contributed to this Bill have supported it without reservations. Climate change is a reality and it is going to be with us for many years to come. It is important, as a country, to put in place legal and institutional frameworks that will address this important and very serious global calamity. So, I want, once again, to thank hon.
