    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, also in line with this, our Millennium Development Goal (MDG) No.6 focuses on combating HIV/AIDS and other diseases. So, having a sustainable fund is very important. So, in brief, I would like to say that the importance of that fund is to provide support for HIV interventions in a sustainable way, to reduce the countries over-reliance on donors and also to address the funding gap in HIV."
