    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. First of all, I have just come from a conference that was held in Melbourne - AIDS 2014. I will be tabling a substantive report on the issues that were raised. When NACC was put under the Office of the President, it was because of the cross-cutting nature of HIV/AIDS. I am not sure that when we put it under the Ministry of Health, it is going to be better or worse. That is because the issue of funding will still be there. It will be treated just like any other disease when it is not."
