    "content": "I would also like to contribute to the fact that we need research. I remember some time ago, as another hon. Member has said, Prof. Obel, when he was in KEMRI, discovered a product that tended to alleviate this problem. But later I do not know what happened. It died naturally. We need to encourage our scientists, as a country, to engage them so that we come up with some research that is going to assist us to fight this disease."
