    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, having looked at what this Bill is intended to achieve--- This is a symbolic hierarchy of the officials in the Government. These are officials elected, selected and appointed. Since the Greece era, the states of Sparta, Haven and many others existed; from them we borrowed some of the democratic tenets that are applicable today in both letter and spirit to different parts of the world; there has been in order. Even in your own family there has to be order. Without order, then there is going to be recipe for confusion."
