However, you need to watch a few things as you debate. It is the right of Members of the National Assembly to bring Bills before the House. When a Private Member brings a Bill, that exercise cannot be a waste of time. So, statements to the effect that it is a waste of time to debate a Bill in the House are actually out of order; I will rule you out of order if I hear it again."
