The county assembly exists, but we have been fighting the MCAs every time saying they are traveling too much outside the country. The other day I was going to the United Arab Emirates as part of a parliamentary delegation. On the plane there was Hon. (Dr.) Oburu going to Greece with another parliamentary delegation. At the same time there was another delegation going somewhere else. Why are we not talking about our own travelling? We are only talking about travelling by MCAs."
