First and foremost, I would like to declare that I support the enactment of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission Bill and also just to add a few points to what the earlier speakers said. We all know what happened in 2007 after the Presidential results were announced. There were a lot of uncertainties in this country over the person who won and who did not."
