    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I believe that if the former Commission was credible and was appointed in an open manner, the country could not have gone into that direction. We ended up slaughtering one another for nothing. This House is still trying to discuss issues concerning Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), just because of elections which happened in 2007. Even up to now, there are very many sides of the story of what happened. For such a thing not to happen again in future or in this country, I think we need to move forward and get a very independent Commission that will be able to run the elections."
