    "content": "(Sen. (Prof.) Kindiki): On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I rise under Standing Order No. 98 (1) to request that the Mover be now called upon to reply for the following reasons. I know that there is a lot of interest to contribute to this very important Bill. But, also, it is very important to note that we are behind schedule, because even for the Division of Revenue Bill, it is only today that it was assented to by the President. We are keeping counties waiting. My view is that since we will have the Third Reading which we can comfortably do tomorrow and have a bit of debate, we should take advantage of the numbers around these premises. Inside this Chamber, we are not enough, but I have looked around and we have enough Senators who can vote this afternoon, so that we are able to proceed with the Third Reading as soon as possible. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, for those reasons, I beg that the Mover be now called to reply."
