    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I also want to appreciate the work that has been done by the Committee led by the Chair. I want to confirm that I attended one of their meetings and we were told what the Chair is going through. The only challenge is that we have waited for that construction to start for a very long time. The Ministry confirmed that they were starting it very soon. We had asked the issue of Sotik-Cheplanget-Cheborgei- Roreti-Sigowet Road and Leiten-Cheborgei-Kibugat and the Ministry has confirmed that they are going to work on it."
