    "content": "Hon. Speaker, hon. David Ochieng raised the issue of the new regulations, curriculum, training, testing, licencing and offering subsidies. He asked how long this will take. I can confirm that this should be in place within the next six months. I will follow that with NTSA. He also asked how the Government is ploughing back the huge revenue generated from that sub-sector. I am sure that is done through construction of roads and creating lanes for boda boda operators. Under the Jubilee Government, in a new infrastructure master-plan, there will be lanes for boda bodas . Hon. Kathuri asked something about subsidies."
