The Constitution Implementation Oversight Committee has a responsibility to work on behalf of this House to ensure that the Bills that are needed to implement the Constitution, especially those set out in the Schedule to the Constitution, are brought to the House within a record time. Looking at the three Bills for which we are required to reduce the publication period--- To me, Public Service is one of those areas of contention in this country in terms of inclusivity and how best we should manage the public sector without allowing public service employees to be victimized and harassed. That is a Bill on which this House requires time to seriously look into."
