All these are actually intertwined because they all talk about the environment. If the Chair of the Committee on Environment and Natural Resources feels that she does not have enough time to actually go through the amendments as proposed, we do not want a situation where some very crafty amendments are actually passed in the name of meeting a constitutional deadline."
