    "content": "If you look at the Universities Act, 2012, you will find that the amendments that are proposed only seek to correct various errors that are in that Act. It is minor errors that are being corrected through the amendments. This will also give the Cabinet Secretary power to find constituent colleges of universities that have the capacity and declare them universities. He or she will do that under the Universities (Amendment) Act as it is now."
