    "content": "I am of the view that if we wanted to remedy the problem, which is currently affecting our country, we would to specifically state the offences that should not be bailable. My proposal would be that probably we go back to the position which existed before and provide that where an accused person is charged with specific offences the court may be inclined not to grant bail pending trial.
