    "content": "Then, what would this Commission be doing in office from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day? The possibility is that when these people have nothing to do they are going to interfere with the work of the secretariat. You will find them involved in procurement and the day to day running of the Commission, which was not the intention of the people who passed the various Acts to set up this Commission. It is not even the intention of the Constitution. Therefore, we need to tell the Salaries and Remuneration Commission that they must be part time as we had set it out. There is no compromise on this."
