    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me the opportunity to also contribute to this Bill. When I look at this Bill my expectation was that after it was withdrawn, it would have taken care of things which Members were not happy with but I realise that it is exactly the same as the other Bill we were discussing. What I would say is that, looking at this Bill I would summarise it as poison coated with sweet nuts. There are some good things in this Bill but they are very few. For example, when you look at the proposed amendments to the National Youth Council, they are quite attractive."
