    "content": "The Cabinet Secretary, Interior and Co-ordination of National Government, sent Dr. F. W. O Owino, the Director of National Cohesion, to represent the Ministry and he participated throughout the recruitment process. The Committee, considered the applications that were received and came up with a criteria to consider all the applicants, which included meeting the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution on Leadership and Integrity and Paragraph 3 of the First Schedule to the National Cohesion and Integration Act. In addition, we formulated various questions that were considered by the Committee to ensure that we pick the best in the process."
