    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker. From the outset, I do support this Motion and I want to commend the Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs for the job well done. If you look at the requirements of the Constitution and the Act, they have done their best to live up to it. Whether it is about regional balance, gender consideration, the need to have continuity in terms of institutional memory, they have done a very good job, and they need to be commended."
