    "content": "Hon. Speaker, we want also to encourage the President to ensure that – though we did not really get a youth among these names. I want to urge my friend, hon. Sakaja, who has been fronting issues of the youth in this House that when we talk about a person who is over 37 years, that is not a youth. That is our age mate. We want to say that one of the risk groups in this country are the youths because they are faced with a lot of challenges. We have to really involve them in ensuring that the country stays together. We have also to ensure that the people who are appointed have real issues on the ground. I am delighted to note that some of them are former politicians. We have been talking about politicians in bad light, but at the end of the day, we have also recognized that very good people who perform very well in this country are former politicians because they really understand the ground very well and they understand the issues which affect our people. Therefore, there are respected politicians like Francis ole Kaparo. He is a plus, because he understands the issues on the ground and issues affecting the people directly."
