    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker for that indulgence. I want to support this Motion but with a few observations here. First of all, I would like this House to move with speed to change the statutes to provide that the nomination or identification of individuals to this Commission is left to the Executive rather than this Parliament. We must stick strictly to our oversight role as the national Parliament."
