    "content": "Hon. Members will recall that earlier in the day, during the Morning Sitting, the Member for Ugenya, hon. David Ochieng’, through a point of order, sought the guidance of the Speaker on the admissibility of the Report of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs on the petition for removal of the Chairperson and eight other members of the Independent, Electoral and Boundaries Commission. The Member also sought to know the place of a minority report in a report of a Committee as contemplated in Standing Order No.199. The Member was supported by the Member for Ugunja, hon. Opiyo Wandayi."
