In the nature of this matter, I doubt, it could be debated adequately in the manner the House intends to, if we do not have the documents and evidential material placed before the Committee so that, really, the House can agree or disagree with the Committee on an informed view. Would I request that the documents which were placed before the Committee may be placed before the House for consideration and for an informed decision on the matter as required by Standing Order No.199---"
