"content": "Well, hon. Members, there is nothing for me to direct. The reason why the House created committees is so that they could go and listen to situations where evidence is adduced. They listen to the evidence and bring their reports on behalf of the House. If you tell me that you want to read 4,000 pages; well, of course, everybody is at liberty to read as many pages as they desire to but, we want the Report to be moved. It is not in contravention with any practice or tradition that I know of. So, hon. Peter Kaluma, I am sure as a legal practitioner, a judge does not go ferrying all the exhibits. For, example, if you go to visit KICC, you do not ferry KICC to court to say that this is KICC. It suffices that the Judge says they visited KICC and they saw that it is a 29 storey building. Anybody with a contrary view is at liberty to visit the same place locus and come and say it 19, 20 storeys or whatever the size."
