It states as follows:- “That a petition to the House for removal of a member of a Commission under Article 251(1) of the Constitution - (a) shall indicate the grounds under Article 251(1) of the Constitution, which the Member of the Commission is in breech; (b) may contain affidavits or other documents annexed to it."
