"content": "THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs on the Petition for the removal of the Chairperson and the Members of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, 17th July, 2014 and in accordance with the provisions of Article 251(3) of the Constitution and Standing Order No.235, finds that the Petition does not disclose sufficient grounds for the removal of the Chairperson and Members of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission."
