    "content": "On the statement by the Petitioner at paragraph 5 of the Petition that issues in respect of the petition are not pending before any court of law, constitutional or legal body, the Committee found out that, as a fact, the statement by the Petitioner was untrue. That is because the Chief Executive Officer and other officers have been charged over procurement issues and there are election petitions pending in a number of courts. This is in breach of Section 3 of the Petitions to Parliament Procedure Act."
