    "content": "2007/2008. After that, Kenya went through a new dispensation where people shared the Government. We had a Grand-Coalition Parliament. We did not have an Opposition for the first time. That was a Parliament where both sides of the House were Members of the Executive. That gave a chance to a few of us, later at the end of the five years, to form a caucus that resembled an opposition. We decided not to work with that Grand Coalition Government."
