Today, I am a happy man. I have said it in my constituency and on the Floor of the House that if you want to disband a Commission under Article 251 - the Commissions and Independent Offices shown under Chapter 15 of the Constitution - the route is the one that the Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs has taken.
