    "content": "The IEBC conducted a general election in 2013. The 349 Members sitting here were elected and were given a certificate by that institution. The 47 governors and 47 Senators went through a due diligence process and where there was a petition, the Constitution is very clear. It is clear that if it is a presidential election, one of the functions of the Supreme Court was to look at disputes of presidential election. I look at the evidence adduced by this Committee and out of the 29 Members, 25 Members agreed with the verdict of this Committee. Four Members disagreed. In my opinion, even minority opinion must conform to the Constitution. It has no regional balance. The minority opinion does not conform to the Constitution."
