    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, the citizen was within his constitutional rights to bring the Petition to this House. However, what we are seeing is that what has not been given by the courts is being brought to this House for debate. For that reason, I think the citizens of this country are watching and asking: Is the House going to give what the Court has not given? The IEBC should actually be thanked for running a successful election in 2013."
