    "content": "Secondly, there are issues of Kencall; that the IEBC allowed a server which was also being co-hosted by another political party that was a contestant in the game. Our role is not to determine whether that affected the elections or not, but our role is to determine whether they exercised due diligence and competence. This is because elections are in perception.
