    "content": "The first question in terms of the grounds supporting the Petition was violation of the Constitution and law. The Committee spent a lot of time looking at that question. We did not find any evidence that IEBC did not respect the Constitution and the Elections Act. We actually found that the IEBC followed the law it was supposed to follow. This decision is the same as what the Supreme Court found in the case that the Chair has mentioned in moving the Report."
