The reason the petitioner is saying that the commissioners are unfit to hold office is because of the petition that was between the presidential candidates. It is mentioned here. The President is not a member of this House, but he is also mentioned. In order to make my point clear, I want to say that the voice of Kenyans cannot make somebody unfit to hold public office.
