"content": "I want to support hon. Ochieng. He has done good work in the Committee. I also want to recognize the petitioner, who has made great efforts to file a petition, so that his grievances and concerns are addressed. I want to confirm here that the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs was very fair to the petitioner in particular, and was very thorough with the IEBC commissioners when they appeared before it. I want to confirm here that the Petitioner was given a lot of space to present his facts and a lot of information. The information presented was as a result of our decision that there was no case against the commissioners."
